So, with the smug, invalidating, snarkyiness coming from the left, am experiencing a push to the extreme right.

There's only one thing that's keeping me on reasonably firm ground.  Yep, you guessed it!  The Word (Bible).  While the right is broad-brushed, (while the left can do no wrong...yeah, ask the guy whose pizza shop got torched last summer)  there are a few factions, here and there, where certain accusations are valid - those factions, some of whom, may wave Bibles all the day long, but racism is nothing but worship of the evolution god - uh, no thanks!

But the gale picks up at times...serves me right for reading news - it's all emotionally charged; attn: pms drama queens, call your office.  Just a few hours ago...ugh, don't like that ROC one bit - for starters (but there's more) a few months ago, that (bully)  look on her face...the same, (almost) exact look on the face of a certain distant neighbor; talk about steering way clear, that person is scary - and, oh yeah, the really negative energy coming off that distant neighbor was thick.
