Well that was creepy enough! Not sure if i want to tune in for another episode of All-Show-No-Shoeleather.

Have to watch myself with the surmising, but doggoneit, that host ... his comments seemed to have tiny barbs attached.  Uhm, dude, why you have to (covertly) dredge up routine reactions to difficulties faced by (future divorcing) married couples?   Could sense it from here, there was definitely tension, coming from that dying old woman - who might not be around to speak come the next installment.  

Can't help but to wonder, did he passively/aggressively put her away when they were young, or did he wait some 25 years, and then - hitting the male-menopause wall - decide to cast that terrible REPROACH upon her...ya know, when she's too old to find a real husband/get a job that actually pays.... Yeah!

Because that's what usually happens.  Takalookaround!  It's usually the wives, who not only have to work full time, but end up doing everything else...including homemade stuffing, because StoveTop just isn't how his (stay-at-home) mommy did it/isn't Burl-n-Ives-ey enough for Thankgiving (think wifey got help with the dishes?  Ha-ha.) 

So, in other words, years go by...same-old, same-old, no StoveTop, just football - and she doesn't even get the chance to catch more than a few minutes of it.   As for who's the first - man or wife - to call the lawyer.  That so-called question is basically a herring that's half choking on a big red pill it had swallowed.
