Botch'd Weather Update (not at work, so there's time to blog). And anyway,

when i worry, appetite is the first thing that goes - so, am in no frame of mind to bake cookies.   Anyway, put out the weather-bucket at first light - so far, there's about an inch of water.  From about 7 last evening, to this morning, probably would have yielded another inch - maybe.  But anyway, it's out.  The rain, so far, is steady, but rather gentle.  Per the radar map, that will change to downpour activity throughout the afternoon.  My home is located in the thick of this, and guesstimate, that 10-inch bucket will be over half by evening.

i remember a storm that went through here a few years ago; it was one that was on-again-off-again for about three days.  That thing was full.  That's alot of rain, but the thing was, it rained, then it let off for awhile, then started back up ... rinse and repeat.

So, looking out at the yard, the areas where puddles form, no puddles yet ... but that is fixing go change.  It's pouring now.  Going to the map, bet i'll see red.

This is Sue, for Botch'd Weather.  More updates later.
