Think i know what the hold-up is about. Only so much mail can get processed, and sent out the door.

That is, considering ... (a few posts back ... nuf said there ... not really ;/ ).   Anyway, the entity, neither gives an email address; and predictably, good luck getting through to an actual human - to ask a very routine and general question - per the phone number.  Once again, strongly suspect, this all has to do with ... nuf said :/

Well, last night, saw an article on the (shallow) news-trough, that clued me in, as to the hold up.  In short, has to do with keeping people from falling through the cracks (big ugly serious ones...from hell itself).  And too much of the situation (where people NEED gubment support) comes from that same pit.  Sadly, many of these same people, somehow have money for ... things  which alot of (lower) middle-class (home-owning) folks, simply cowboy-up and do without (vegas) baubles. 

And anyway, is such a blessing to NOT experience pangs of terror when approaching the mailbox.  Such a blessing from Above, to open the box, and find - yet again - nothing or nothing but junk mail.

So, the mailing i've been waiting for...uhm, could use it, but guess will just have to wait.  More later.
