Will winter ever end? So fed up with snow-flakes. And recently a senior member of

a archeological organization has found himself in a potential blizzard.  This man, with a real position in the organization, had addressed real concerns during a (zoom) meeting.  The organization is facing financial difficulties - the years of deep blizzard activity has, of course, cost lots and lots in (really needless and unnecessary - and very unrelated) maintenance expenses.  Expenses which have nothing to do with archeology...well, except for spinning finds beyond recognition, that is ;/

Here's what basically happened.  Some newbie, with some sort of fluff-position, (are we shocked yet, kiddies) was going on and on about "inclusion" ... ya know, the same tie-dyed rhetoric to get unqualified people into the already financially strapped organization.  And it's always personal, always about themselves, with these magenta-dyed freaks.

Anyway, the senior member (baad white man, don' cha know) expressed deep concern about the finances... Uhm, without membership, without money...  And no, he did not interrupt magenta snow flake.  She had finished a sentence.  It was then the man began speaking on the relevant, the grown-up, issue of finances.  If that's interruption, well guess what, adults in the room tend to do that - especially when salaries have been or are about to be cut or eliminated.

Well, the drama started, when magenta started whining - complete with some  water-works.  He reacted (guess the decades long winter has worn on him) with a sarcastic hand signal (no, it wasn't the bird) and two words in a different language (perhaps the language spoken by several of his great/grand parents.  Don't know, don't care).

Needless to say, this senior member - whose big concern is the life of the organization AND the people whose living is attached to it - is gonna need a good shovel.

Godda get ready for work.
