When someone attaches the Rev title to his (or yikes her) name, that in itself raises a red flag.

But i didn't notice until after listening to his sermon.  The sermon topic, have heard such sermons before.  Double predestination is Biblical, so am not going  to even consider quarrelling with Scriptural fact.  What bothers me bigtime is :  there was not ONE hint of sadness for the people appointed to eternal condemnation.  It's like he had no trouble preaching the sermon - and i've listened to other double-predestination sermons, and have noticed the same apparent lack of sadness.

Surely Jeremiah knew the Scriptures.  Surely he knew that Esau was hated by the Lord, from the foundation of the world - before Esau even thought about having a nice warm bowl of soup.  Am no Bible scholar, but even i know that Jeremiah wept.  And so did the Lord Jesus.

So, what's up with that Rev anyway?  Am nobody's judge, not going there.  It's just the preacher's tone that's has my head rattled - stony smug evolutionists, call your office.

  1. Yahweh is so petty, a negative capricious character, a bad character. The fact it even announces it hates certain individuals kind of contradicts all that God is love talk. The bible is mankind's best guesses. Honestly Yahweh is a jerk.

  2. Dear Peeps, was just listening to a sermon a few hours ago. (Stephen Chronister, Anchorage Alaska) He said a number of people have told him, they believe God is evil. Well, as the conversations had progressed, here turns out that some of these people want to believe God is evil. He asked "Why?" Yeah, while listening, i had the same three year-old's question. The answer the preacher was given was this: "because I hate him."
