was wearing. Today, we might question, why would anyone back then care what some aging woman was showing a bit too much (cellulitey) leg? Think the answer to that is: back then, young women tended - more so than today - to look up to older women. Younger women back then took their social cues from older women.
Though i bet that guy liked his job.
i like the style of her suit. It's not too different from mine. Though i like her's ALOT better, because it's about 3 inches longer. Thirty years ago, you couldn't find swimdresses - otherwise, i'd of had some. Even then, when i had muscle-tone, i didn't care for running around virtually naked - and getting sunburn. Back then, i had a stupid two-piece - and fell asleep in the Maryland beach sun. Ouch!
Don't know if i'll go swimming this summer - i didn't last summer. Basically, have been "sheltering in place" since late 2018 (when my husband passed away). Just not interested in going places.
